Lake View is a crematorium, natural burial ground and memorial garden being delivered by Kier Construction for East Cambridgeshire District Council.
This site is environmentally sensitive, the building needs to serve grieving families for decades to come, and sustainability has been designed in from the start, from an electric cremator running on green energy, to recycled cladding and repurposed materials.
GE’s Mike Bebb was on site recently for a toolbox talk with the wider project team – a short, focused briefing held on site to run through safety, sequencing and any details that need attention before work continues.
As with every doorset we supply, there’s ongoing coordination with the people building the project, not just a delivery and goodbye.
